Shipping inside Germany is 5 €, inside the EU 10 € and worldwide 13 €

Depending on the destination shipping usually takes between 5 and 14 days - but all of our shipments are tracked, so you can always look up the current status

All of our caps are secured inside of a custom printed box with foam inserts to hold them in place during shipping. These boxes are then packaged inside another cardboard box with even more foam padding and wrapped with fiber-reinforced tape.

Chances are pretty high that the caps arrive at your door unharmed, even if they have to endure some USPS football kicks during transit ;) If there's ever a problem though, reach out and we'll fix it!

We understand unexpected things can happen. Please reach out to us via Discord - depending on the shipping schedule we can extend your window or cancel your order. Keep in mind that that shouldn't happen often though and we might exclude repeated offenders from future sales. Out of fairness to other customers, please do not enter sales you are not intending to pay.

If you are located in the EU, your final price already includes VAT and since we ship from Germany, you do not have to pay any additional customs duties. For all other countries please check with your local customs or tax authorities before entering a sale. If any additional duties or taxed are occured, they have to be paid by the buyer.

Currently all of your keycaps are Cherry MX compatible and tested on a wide variety of switches - including Kailh Box

All keycaps (no matter which series) are casted from high quality, UV resistant epoxy resin made in Germany

All geniune caps come with an ID card containing an unique code, which can be validated . These codes are also tied to a full history containing the original buyer and any transfers that have been reported to us.

The keycaps have a durable finish which resists the rubbing of fingertips extremely well. All keycaps are given multiple layers of permanent varnish to protect the acrylic paint.

Keycaps from group buys or fulfillment sales are made to order and excluded from any returns.

Keycaps from raffles may be returned for 30 days after delivery. Customers located in the EU may contact us for a paid return shipping label. For international returns the customer has to pay return shipping. We will refund the payment after the products have arrived here and are confirmed to be in original condition.

All of our keycaps are handmade and may differ slightly from the images - but if something bigger slipped through our quality control, we are very sorry! Please contact us on discord with images and we will work something out!
